FRP/GRP Grating

BIL manufactures Pultruded & moulded fiberglass gratings. BIL FRP/GRP gratings are suitable for corrosive chemical and offshore applications and are available in custom panel sizes.

MOULDED GRATING PROCESS:

Moulded grating is manufactured in an open, heated mold that resembles a large waffle iron. Continuous glass fibers are placed in the mold in alternating layers and thoroughly wetted out with resin. This continuous process produces an integral, one-piece construction, which offers excellent corrosion resistance as well as bi-directional strength.
SPECIFICATIONS:

Our FRP / GRP molded grating has different resin system and panel size. Our resin can be Orthothalic, Isophthalic, Vinyl ester, Phenolic. Our grating top can be grit, concave, covered. And the color can be yellow, green, grey, red, black, etc or as your option. And our grating size can be cut into any smaller than of the full panel.

PULTRUDED FRP/GRP GRATING

BIL manufactures Pultruded Gratings in Isopthalic Polyester Resin as well as Vinyl ester Resins. Pultruded Fiberglass Grating comes in three major shapes: T-bar, I-bar, and Heavy Load bar. The type of grating chosen will depend on the application.
